Kelsey Gaudreault® (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the Client (“you,” “your”) will collectively be referred to as “Parties,” and each individually as a “Party.”

Scope of Services:
The primary teachings and coaching within Kelsey Gaudreault® are done within the unconscious mind and the wounded egoic fragments of your being in order to heal, shift and support you in unlocking new layers of yourSelf on your journey to sacred union. Due to the nature of this work, it is important that we have your consent about the following:
You understand and acknowledge that Kelsey Gaudreault™ is not acting in the capacity of financial advisors, physicians, psychologists, or healthcare professionals, and the Activities being offered are NOT intended to treat or diagnose, and does not include treatment for or diagnosis of, any illnesses, disease or disorders, whether physical, mental, psychological or emotional.
You understand that Kelsey Gaudreault Inc is dynamic and is constantly working to improve the Client experience. We reserve the right to adjust the content of Re-Polarize and the structure of the content offered.
You understand that you are responsible for your own experience and results and that there will be no refunds or pausing of the payment subscription based on a change in your schedule or inability to engage with the sessions.
You understand we will continue to own and retain all rights to logos, brand elements, text, images, videos, trademarks, and/or all works of similar nature created in Kelsey Gaudreault® (collectively, the “Content”), whether registered or unregistered. Each Party agrees not to infringe upon or otherwise use our intellectual property. Use of the Content for any purpose is unauthorized and will result in a permanent removal from Kelsey Gaudreault®.
